This month's enrichment activity was cake decorating! I have used fondant once before and I made Sienna's birthday cake this year. I am by no means talented, and the cakes sure looked homemade!
Liz taught the class and did a great job! She made mini cakes for everyone to decorate. There were a few extras so I was able to decorate 2 cakes! It was so much fun....from now on I will be making all of the birthday cakes!
